Limited to 10 participants to insure
optimum benefit to those attending.

COST
The cost of each seminar is
$2,700. Includes all lab materials
and equipment required for the clinical
portions of the course, and lunch and
refreshments during break periods.
Each participant in Seminar I will
receive a personal copy of Peter
Dawson’s “Functional Occlusion
From TMJ to Smile Design”.

REGISTRATION
Seminars will be filled in the order of
receipt of paid registrations. Please
register as soon as possible!

ACCREDITATION
Each seminar is certified for 14 hours of
Continuing Education credit by the Ohio
State Dental Board.
